3. Storage Units

3.1. Unit Assignment
Upon agreement signing, a specific storage unit will be assigned to the Customer based on availability and requirements.
3.2. Access
Customers are granted access to their storage units during our operational hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the Customer. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4.1. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, direct bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
4.2. Refunds

5. Use of Storage Units
Customers must use storage units solely for the purpose of storing personal or business items. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods.

6.1. Security Measures
We provide 24/7 security monitoring, including CCTV cameras and on-site personnel, to ensure the safety of stored items.
6.2. Maintenance
Customers must maintain their storage units in good condition and report any damages or issues to our management promptly.
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, customers must remove all items from their storage units.
7.1. Automatic Renewal
Contracts automatically renew for the same period unless notice of termination is provided within the specified timeframe.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, UK. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
9. Amendments
Storage Bermondsey reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Storage Bermondsey. Any additional terms or conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2. Waiver
No waiver of any part of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such part or any other part.
